*Companion Services include Laundry, Meal Preparation, Shopping and Errands.
*Respite care provides a “Helping-Hand” to caregivers. We are glad to be with a loved one while caregivers take time for themselves .
We Provide The Following To All Clients:
1. Senior Helpers is bonded and insured.
2. Senior Helpers does reference checks on all Caregivers.
3. Senior Helpers send monthly billing statements.
4. Senior Helpers tries to send the same person each time.
5. Senior Helpers sends someone from the office to personally introduce the Caregiver and the client.
6. Senior Helpers will send you a new Caregiver if you are not satisfied with the initial provider.
7. Senior Helpers keeps a journal to document daily activities.
8. Senior Helpers owner is involved in the day-to-day operation of the company.
9. Senior Helpers has someone available 24 hours a day to answer questions.
10.Senior Helpers promises to work with clients in a professional manner in solving any concerns.
